Your access to and use of the fc99 platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

By clicking "I Agree", completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or continuing to access fc99 after any published revision to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance. fc99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use fc99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on fc99:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). fc99 may request supporting documents including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before approving any withdrawal.
• fc99 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. Delays caused by third-party banking systems are outside fc99's control.
• fc99 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are non-reversible once confirmed on-chain. Players should ensure all wallet addresses are correct before initiating crypto transactions.

fc99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards — are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of promotional funds, which carry wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a RM100 bonus, you must wager a total of RM2,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to individual promotion pages for full contribution tables.
• fc99 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel associated winnings if we reasonably suspect the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through arbitrage strategies, or in violation of any promotion-specific terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Claiming a subsequent welcome bonus while a prior one is pending forfeits the earlier offer.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus funds not utilised within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.

• Sports betting markets may be suspended or settled differently from the displayed price if the market is found to have been offered in error or as a result of technical failure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fc99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to place bets or generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal play conditions.
• Colluding with other players or fc99 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud, including disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after receiving gaming services.

All content on the fc99 platform — including but not limited to the fc99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and any associated trademarks or service marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of fc99 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the fc99 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any fc99 software or game engine.
• Use fc99's brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.

Unauthorised use of fc99's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fc99 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server outage, internet disruption, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance you place on information, odds, or promotional content displayed on the fc99 platform.

fc99's total aggregate liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

fc99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a response to stress. • Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

fc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal obligation or regulatory instruction requiring us to do so.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. fc99 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fees or closing the account.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than player-initiated closure or self-exclusion, fc99 will conduct a review of any outstanding balance. Where no breach of these Terms is substantiated, verified funds will be returned to your primary registered payment method within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fc99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer protection laws in Malaysia require otherwise.

fc99 operates under an international gaming licence and makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Malaysian players acknowledge that the legality of online gaming under Malaysian law is subject to ongoing regulatory developments, and that they access fc99 at their own legal risk and responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by fc99's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request.
